weclipwave is a music-clip economy platform connecting recording artists, content creators, and brands. Artists list licensable tracks; creators use those tracks in short-form video content and earn revenue based on view performance; brands sponsor campaigns that embed their logos in creator clips.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using weclipwave, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Ownership Warranty: By uploading a track, you warrant that you own 100% of the master recording and underlying composition rights, or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances from all rights holders.
Sync License Grant: You grant weclipwave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to make your tracks available to platform creators for synchronization in short-form video content. This license remains in effect for as long as your track is live on the platform.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weclipwave, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your uploaded content, including claims of copyright infringement, unauthorized samples, or ownership disputes.
Accurate URL Submission: You must submit links to content that genuinely uses a weclipwave-licensed track. Submitted URLs must be accurate, publicly accessible, and correspond to actual published content.
No View Manipulation: You are strictly prohibited from artificially inflating view counts through bots, click farms, paid view services, or any other deceptive practice. weclipwave reserves the right to withhold payouts and terminate accounts where view manipulation is suspected or confirmed.
Payment Terms: Brands must pay campaign fees in full before a campaign goes live. All fees are non-refundable once the campaign period has begun.
Logo Usage Rights: By uploading a brand logo or asset, you grant weclipwave the right to overlay that asset on creator clips as part of sponsored campaigns. You warrant that you have the authority to grant this right and that the asset does not infringe any third-party rights.
Minimum Threshold: Payouts are only processed once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold ($20 USD for creators; artist thresholds are determined by subscription tier).
Processing Time: Payout requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Delays may occur due to bank holidays, payment processor issues, or additional fraud verification.
Fraud Forfeiture: If weclipwave determines, in its sole discretion, that earnings were derived from fraudulent activity (including but not limited to view manipulation or misleading submissions), the associated balance will be forfeited and your account may be terminated.

Your notice must include: (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (iv) your contact information; (v) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury. We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
